The welding wheel is suitable for continuous welding operations at the joints of thin metal sheets, and is widely used in the welding of heat exchangers, radiators, automobile fuel tanks, iron cans, etc. During welding, the upper and lower wheel-shaped electrodes clamp the workpiece to be welded, and the welding wheels act as electrodes, respectively releasing positive and negative currents through the workpiece to be welded, so that the workpieces are contacted to generate heat, and the workpieces are fused.
